Customer Care Specialist
Work on and develop the Nile Development’s Loyalty Program to increase customer satisfaction.
Dealing with and solving customer problems and sending reports to the direct manager.
Responding to customer inquiries and complaints received from customers and responding quickly to them.
Maintain contact with customers to obtain feedback.
Conducting an opinion poll to measure customer satisfaction and sending a report on the results to the direct manager.
Submit customer satisfaction survey reports to the direct manager.
Conducting face-to-face meetings, telephone interviews, or electronic questionnaires with clients.
Maintained records of customer communication, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Submit a daily report of the work that has been accomplished.
Compliance with the rules and regulations of the company.
Any other tasks assigned by the senior management or the direct manager.
Bachelor's Degree in any relevant.
+2 years of experience in the same role.
A real Estate background is preferred.
Excellent using CRM/ Microsoft Office & Mailings.
Upper-Intermediate English Level.
Presentable/ Excellent Negotiation & Persuasion Skills.
Committed/ Well Organized & Maintaining Databases.
