Nile Developments, the leading company in the field of luxury real estate development and safe investment opportunities in the New Administrative Capital, announced its intention to launch the tallest hotel tower in Africa next week with a new idea that will change the current concept of real estate investment and with services that have not been launched before in Egypt.
The tallest hotel tower in Africa, with 55 floors, is one of the towers of "Nile Business City" the largest project in the administrative capital and the highest vertical city in Africa, which consists of 4 skyscrapers, each of which has 55 floors. The project is one of the most prominent real estate projects in the New Administrative Capital, and the most ambitious and record-breaking. the project is based on a unique concept of building an entire city centered within the Down Town area, the most important area in the Administrative Capital, which includes more than 80% of the New Capital’s Landmarks
Engineer Mohamed Taher stated this during a meeting included more than 150 of Nile Developments’ team members: The launch of the highest hotel tower in Africa came after about 13 months of research and study of all advanced experiences in developing hotel towers in the most famous countries such as Dubai and a number of other cities until we made sure that hotel development is the future of real estate investment and that Egypt, which has only 250 thousand hotel rooms, needs 10 times this number! Therefore, we decided that the next launch in "Nile Business City" would be a complete " hotel tower" with a luxurious hotel operator and one of the largest hotel chains in the world, which will be present for the first time in Africa and Egypt.
Taher added that the name of the project and its details would be announced during a massive event next Thursday in one of the famous hotels.
